Established in 1950, "Lena Anticorrosione" is well known both on the Italian market and abroad for the excellent quality of the service provided and also for its plants flexibility. The Company has steadily developed and improved its technology, its equipment, its quality control instruments, its environmental impact. We are able to apply anticorrosive coatings on little, light and easy to handle items, but also on big, heavy and complex structures.
We deal with a large range of liquid protective paints which we can apply on pipes, joints, valves, strainers, tanks and structural steelwork of chemical, petrochemical and food plants.
Thanks to the large number of demanding Projects we have taken part recently, our Company has increased its know-how in:
Blasting according to ISO 8501-1/SSPC-SP with steel grit and/or mineral abrasives;
Application of painting cycles for anticorrosive protection of industrial plants on-shore and off-shore (traditional cycles, alkyd, chlorinated rubber, epoxy painting, glass-flake, polyester, polyurethane, vinyl, silicone, inorganic zinc ethyl-silicate, zinc rich epoxy, etc.);
Lining with solvent-free epoxy, of steel and/or concrete tanks and pipeline for food products (potable water, wine vermouth, bear, oil, etc.) and for chemicals products;
High thickness coating (1-5 mm of dry film thickness) with solvent-free epoxy and pure polyurethane thermosetting resin on pipelines, fittings, valves, tanks for underground or submerged service;
Thermally sprayed metallic coating with zinc, aluminium wire or alloys;
Intumescent coatings for wood and steel;
Restoration of natural stone or concrete facades by baking-soda blasting and application of protective resins.

Since 1994 our Quality Assurance System has been certified according to ISO 9002 and later according to ISO 9001.
Certified Nace and Frosio inspectors guarantee the quality of our services. A rich variety of equipment allows us to perform the most demanding control tests on the blasted and/or coated surfaces. The flexibility of our production department and our qualified workmanship enable us to meet any market requirement.
